Today, I wanted to discuss foreclosure lead generation sites. Many of you choose to use these sites instead of doing your own marketing to preforeclosure and the 30 / 60 / 90 day late list. Developing your own motivated leads is more important than relying on the same list service everyone else is working. However , that said, you can use list these successful by using the techniques we teach.
What I would like to highlight is: There are massive disparities among providers that track nationwide foreclosure figures.
Who and what is right? Do media outlets, bloggers and affiliates know if the national foreclosure statistics that they pass along are even accurate? It’s a situation that drives us the people over at www.Foreclosure.com up a tree.
