LOL.. I just remember what it was like when I started.. I so badly wanted to believe EVERYTHING I heard.. and spent 100,000 in courses and was spinning my wheels. The latest marketing is slicker than before and it really is crap. There are good courses out there. It does take a while to find them. That why I don't endorse anything I haven't use myself.

I detect a small hint of jealousy in this post lol j/k But This rant has been done before John T. Reed has been doing it for years. This latest crop of REI "gurus" seems to be worse than before, slick hype marketing hacks. They promise the moon and deliver horse$#!%. But hey Buyer beware. There are plenty of honest reviews of material out there if you go find it. Just my two cents.

There seems to be more and more of this flashy "Done for You" Guru's.
One just launched recently.

Web 3.0, come on it is Web 2.0 at best - You know who I am talking about.

I am thinking of launching Web 4.0 and leap frogging all the Web 3.0 guys. The price to get in on my system is $100,000 but this only applies for the first 3 seconds then I am taking it off the market. ....... Too late you missed it

The honesty is refreshing, thanks Duncan! Do 'they' really think we don't see it? Especially after attending enough seminars it's pretty obvious....Nice to know someone has the heart to say something about the work ethic, discipline and knowledge needed doing business in today's RE market.....
