Update On Karen Hanover Scam – Threats

I found out today that Karen Hanover was asking other gurus how much money I have so she can file a 10 million dollar lawsuit against me. She is claiming that I have slandered and defamed her and because of this she has suffered financially.

Karen, Why Commencing A Defamation Action Might Not Be A Good Idea For You, But you can try …. While you may be angry enough to file a lawsuit, there are some very good reasons why actions for defamation may not be a good idea.
The publicity that results from a defamation lawsuit will create a greater audience for the statements than have been previously enjoyed. For example, when the newspapers and TV news show picks up the story of your lawsuit (and they will), the entire real estate investing community will now know about your actions! As the media is much more apt to cover a lawsuit than to cover its ultimate resolution, the net effect may be that large numbers of people hear the allegations, but never learn how the litigation was resolved.
Another big issue is that defamation cases tend to be difficult to win, and damage awards tend to be small. The fees expended in litigating even a successful defamation action can exceed the total recovery.
Another significant concern is that, it’s not be possible for you the plantiff to prove all of the elements of defamation. Most people will respond to news that a plaintiff lost a defamation lawsuit by concluding that the allegations were true.
In other words, the plaintiff in a defamation action may be required to expend a considerable amount of money to bring the action, may experience significant negative publicity which repeats the false accusations, and if unsuccessful in the litigation may cement into the public consciousness the belief that the defamatory accusations were true.
So Karen , are you prepared to go head to head?
1. I am going to have sworn statements from some very unhappy students of yours!
2. Publicly bring out your background and qualifications!
3. People will become aware of the fake organizations created by you purely to enhance your reputation and course.
4. Formal complaint to the Federal Trade Commission on how you paid off people to blog/ email/ and other methods of endorsement so you can make sales.
Karen, simply refund the money to those students who have asked for a refund and do what you say / promised you would do for them !!!

1) That’s a wild photo of a crazy gal.
2) I was scammed by karen & D.c. Fawcett too. I bot their bogus GOLD FORECLOSURES package for $997. It was a laugh! some good info of course, but karen really blew it. She had the nerve to record a seminar she did in Dallas, where in front of the room of attendees she made numerous glaring mathematical mistakes, that one student after another had to point out to her. It was embarassing to watch.
In all the seminars, webinars, Videos, training sessions i’ve watched in the last 3 years on Real Estate investing, I never saw & listened to such a screwed up mess.
I told D.C.’s girl on their support line what a mess it was and wanted my money back. It took them a month to send it back, during which time i filed BBB complaints on both of them.
The BBB never does anything of course, its a racket too.
Anyway, I got my $997 credit back and went on my way.
Karen Hanover is a ‘snakeoil salesman.” I’ll give you an affidavit if you need one Duncan.

Thanks Duncan…I have registered for your 9-15 head-to-head. I really hope Karen has the guts to show up, but I doubt she will. There is no defense she can proffer to support her lies either professionally or personally.

They don’t have too. I don’t care. Its a free world. I can post about anything I like. If their product is misdirecting people with faulty logic, or bad service I shall expose it.
Please continue with your hugely intellectual comments on your own blog. I can see already how little you know of marketing, customer service and ethics.

I forwarded some of the emails back and forth from Karen Hanover to me and I sure hope Duncan will posts it on all his blogs. I am completly beside myself today knowing that Karen Hanover and Sean Carpenter are holding a gathering to suck more money from more people that don’t even know what’s coming. This feels like a very bad dream. I’m still in shock that Karen Hanover took my 30 thousand dollars and now I have to go through all the legalities to even try to recoupe something back. But, I will do what I need to do to be heard. And I will not stop until I am, and Karen Hanover and her help: Jill and Jena are arrested for grand larceny.
And yes Jena you know that Karen burned me out of 30 thousand dollars and you can’t say I was a problem student or anything like that. I am a good woman and I did not deserve this at all and neither did the others going through this as well. I know of alot of other fastrackers that have been scammed just like me. Posting these blogs does help and more are coming out of the wood work, I alone from blogging have over 25+ people devestated from this scam. It wasn’t just 30 thousand dollars, you even had people travel and pay thousands in travel and lodging just to rape them alittle more.
And just because you think Sean Carpenter is going to cover your ass and flaws and hurry and try to show some kind of documentation that you did walk a property with students. Oh my God. that is so twisted. other fastrackers are going to have to be played even harder than me and have to travel twice just to walk through a property so they can show some kind of proof that they did something. CRAZY!! Any other fastracker out there reading this post that isn’t sure what to think, I understand..been there. But does this sound familiar?
My first property presentation from Karen Hanover and the property she presents has no address? Ring a bell? How about being muted? Ring another bell? What about all the property information she say’s she’ll send later and then you never receive it? Ring any more bells? If you are another fastracker reading this blog, I am a real person that signed up as a fastrack student with Karen Hanover at the event she had in Dallas in June (gilly”s) and we probably met and spoke through out the 3 day event. You need to call me so I can show you, or introduce you to 26 to be exact.(and that’s just what I have from blogging) students that have been scammed. THIS IS MY LAST POSTING TILL I GET BACK FROM THE FBI’S OFFICE. I JUST GOT A CALL FROM A REAL FBI AGENT THIS MORNING THAT WAS INFORMED THAT KAREN HANOVER HAD SOMEONE (MAYBE HER BROTHER) POSE AS AN FBI AGENT FROM THEIR DEPARTMENT. I TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPEND AND HE INFORMED ME THAT IT IS A FELONY TO POSE AS AN FBI AGENT AND UNDER THE CIRCOMSTANCES THAT I WAS A VICTIM OF A FRAUD FOR OVER 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM KAREN HANOVER AND THE TRAMA SHE IMPOSED ON ME THAT THEY ARE VERY INTERESTED IN OPENING A CASE OUT HERE IN CALIFORNIA ON KAREN HANOVER. THEY ARE GOING TO PULL MY PHONE RECORDS AND I AM BRINGING IN THE RECORDED PROPERTY PRESENTATIONS SHE HAS PUT OUT TO HER FASTRACK STUDENTS AND ALL OF THE CORRISPONDANCE SHE HAD WITH ME. Anybody out there that is finally realizing they have been scammed by KAREN HANOVER I just want you to know you are not alone. I am a real Fastrack student that got ripped off for OVER 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS…. AND there are 27 other fastrackers that are filing their complaints at 1-310-477-6565 FBI
They are taking in complaints and investigating KAREN HANOVERS FRAUD. Also, please read through all of DUNCANS blogs. do some research. And one more thing if you go to KAREN HANOVERS blog listed duncan off his med’s you will see only 1 testemonial and you know what that testemonial she wrote herself and is using me as a successful, happy fastrackers making thousands of dollars closing my first deal with her. we now have 2 more VICTIMS from KAREN HANOVERS FASTRACK PROGRAM….I now have 29 VICTIMS. They are now calling all the business cards they gathered at the events they signed up for this FRAUD program so we will have some more. These blogs help. I wasn’t sure, and thought this was just a place to share my story and vent. But I am getting more calls. I am so grateful Duncan for being able to write my postings on your blog. EVERYONE PLEASE READ!!! The FBI told me this morning they have a line open for you to call in your complaints about KAREN HANOVER AND THE FASTRACK PROGRAM. Please call 1-310-477-6565 FOR THE FBI. GO TO THE EXTENSION THAT SAY’S FEDERAL FRAUD COMPLAINTS I BELIEVE IT IS EXTENSION 2.
LET THEM KNOW YOUR NAME AND TELL THEM ITS REGARDING KAREN HANOVER, HER ENTITIES THEY HAVE ARE UNDER COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT EDUCATION, AND ALSO KHARMIC LIFE STRATEGIES INC.
