Real Estate Automation is a good thing,  Real Estate Offer Spam is a bad thing.  Just because technology exist to allow us to work less and make more offers, does not mean that we are going to get more deals.  Some gurus promote massive offers on an automatic basis. WRONG. This is one sure way to get “blacklisted”.

Making offers takes thinking ! Just because some software has the ability to increment your offers on a weekly basis by “X” percent  does not mean you are going to get more offers accepted. Listen in while I interview an REO Agent that has heard these methods, and been on the receiving end of spam offers.
