Today, I just want to give you one sample video of an method to make multiple offers fast.

The idea is to start makeing offers with no risk.  Get rid of the fear this way.  If we are not making offers, we are not going to get checks.  Make them lowball…  Its not the purpose of getting the intial offer accepted, (of course if you can thats great ) but to get a response from the motivated sellers to call you back that allows you to negotiate a deal.   Its about sorting through all the sellers to shake out the motivated ones we want.
