@Grnet Thank you. The REO Deal Hunter (a bonus to the Rapid Offer Generator) is a tool that is linked to the top 4 largest banks, HUD, and Fannie Mae. We take the best deals we find and post them into the ROG. We dont post listings just to post listings. The idea of the Rapid Offer Generator software is really to allow you to make many offers multiple times on multiple properties by fax, email, and text message. The REO deal hunter is not the be all and end all tool in the system. You should ALWAYS contact a local Realtor, get a list sent to you weekly in a CSV format, so you can import these into the Rapid Offer Generator.

Hi-
Duncan- your information is great, Rapid Offer generator excellent tool but could not find anything in Missouri. But online finder is a gem I have to really pay attention because the next day I was getting sellers interested in me contacting them. I find it easy to use and awaiting update to the rapid offer generator for Missouri.
