| Question: Can you tell me how you select a mortgage broker? We would like to implement a Mortgage Broker into our selling process like you mentioned. Could you show us an example? We love the Cafe’! Answer: Let me show you how we use a Mortgage Broker in our selling process. Our available properties will have a sign on the curb but the does not include our telephone number. It only states: "See flyer in the window –>" This will stop 100% of the call from the lookie-lou’s, noisy neighbors and those buyers that are too lazy to get out of the car. A great flyer will describe the home in detail and give a detailed list of NEW items like:
The flyer will then describe the great financing we’re offering. "You CAN Buy this Home with NO Money Down & NO Closing Costs!" It’s Easy and Free to get Qualified! Your flyer should then direct them to your Mortgage Broker: "Call Karen at (770)123-4567" The mortgage broker should answer the telephone number you provide and screen the buyers. If the caller inquiries about viewing the home, the Mortgage Broker can direct them to us or take their information and call us. Our number will appear below the Mortgage Broker’s information; however it is smaller and less noticeable. Such as.. "To view the home, call Tim (850)985-5555" That’s just one way we use a Mortgage Broker. Use the following to screen and "test" them… Signs you selected the wrong Mortgage Broker
A good Mortgage Broker for you will..
