Inflation at Highest Level Since 1982
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics is reporting that the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) was 0.5% in December, 2021. However, the all items index rose 7% for the 12 months ending December, the largest 12-month increase since 1982.
