How To Network to Attorneys

Always be networking –  When you build a network of probate / real estate attorneys that are consistently referring you business, you have it made. Sit back and cash checks the rest of your life. Do you understand the power of this? Sell yourself to every single probate attorney you come in contact with. Here is what to say

” By the way, I thought it might be helpful for you to know.. I buy real estate. I realize most of your clients are going to be controlling real estate that they want to get rid of so maybe you could refer them to me as an added service that you offer.”

That is really all you have to say..It’s as easy as that!

Master networking –  With an ordinary lead these people are coming to you totally cold. With an attorney lead, their trusted attorney has referred them to you. You must be okay! They’re totally a warm market contact from the beginning. So put forth some marketing effort towards sources of continual leads as opposed to one-off deals!!

When you prospect only the home owner, you only going after one deal. If you prospect a probate attorney, you could get five deals a year every year. That is called leverage. Always be thinking how to leverage your time and effort.. How can I get the most “bang” for my buck? How can I get the biggest reward for the smallest amount of effort? Make it your goal in life to work smart, not hard!  That’s the question I am always asking myself.
