What To Include In A Short Sale Package
Here's a quick checklist from our software of the items you should provide when submitting a short sale to the lender.

Submitting all of the items at one time is recommended. Be prepared to fax the information multiple times to multiple fax numbers of the lender because it is very common for lenders to be 'unable to find' your short sale package or request.
Tip: Keep a log of the fax number and time you send each fax. Many lenders have digital fax logs and can 'magically' find your fax when you ask them to check their fax logs and give them the fax number, date, and time of the fax.
