Step -1. Right click on the file you want to use first. (we recommend installing the Word Viewer first, for those that do not have Microsoft Word already installed on their computer)

Step – 2. Select the “save target as” option in the dialog box.

Step – 3. This will open a new dialog box. The top window is where your computer is going to put this file. We recommend that you change the “Save In” to Desktop so that you can find easier. If you do not then WRITE DOWN the download location. Click save.

Step – 4. Your computer is now downloading the file.

Step – 5. Once the download is complete go to where the file was downloaded to and double click on the file. If you have already downloaded Word Viewer then the file should automatically open for you to view the downloaded document. If it doesn’t go back to where the file was downloaded to and double click on the file, ones it opens in the window right on the document and send it to my documents. Now open Microsoft word viewer, click on file on the toolbar click open, in the my documents look in box click the file to open.

Step – 6. After you have completed the downloads you will need to either decompress or UnZip some of the download files. This can easily be done by using a program called WinZip. If you do not have the WinZip program installed on your computer, FREE copy of it by clicking on the following link :

Step – 7. You may need Acrobat Reader or Acrobat EBook Reader for the Grant Guides. You only need the Reader Program! Both are FREE and either will do.
