HousingMaps is a GREAT site and best of all its FREE.

This site integrates Google Maps with Craigslist and picks up the real estate listings on Craigslist … and maps them for you….making it easy to search. Now you may ask.. So what,?? Well think about it ...

You can see how many houses for sale , or rent, rooms available down to the STREET level along with what prices, etc, You can easily take all the Craigslist data and see it graphically. Simply spend some time on the site, and I think you will figure out how to use this to your major advantage.

You then just click on one of the listed cities that you want to find listings in and click. It doesn’t list all cities but it does grab about 40 top ones. HousingMaps doesn’t provide a lot of detail, but it is a nice quick way to grab some quick overview of whats going on in your market place. OR look at other areas you are interested in.
